Warranty and Return Policy

 

Our company has adopted unconditional customer satisfaction; therefore every product you buy is under the guarantee of our company. Our company is obligated to comply with the Law on Consumer Protection. 

Please open and check the package in front of the company representative when you think products are damaged during shipment. If there is any damage on the product, do not take the delivery and minute the damage with the deliverer. Make sure that, after the delivery, you have accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its obligation.

Used, destroyed etc. products are not accepted. The customer is liable to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to the usage of the product and has to return the product like he/she received.


Return Cancellation and Changing Conditions

1.    Changing Conditions;

Right to change within 14 days: You can ship the product to our address with the receipt.

The return and change of the products which have damaged and used original package are not accepted.

Product changes are not accepted without receipt.

2.    Product Return Conditions

Right to return within 14 days: You can return the products within 14 days from the date you received the order by filling in the return and exchange form. Return procedures are made through e-commerce unit.

Return Conditions: You may return the products that you have purchased if they are not been used and have not lost their commercial qualities. The labels and logos of the products must be undamaged and all accessories (buckle, belt, ribbon, etc.) of the product must be returned  with the product.

If you send the product, which you want to return by Cargo, within 14 days, the shipping fee will be paid by us. After 14 days from the delivery , the orders which has been sent with the return request cannot be accepted and our company can not pay the shipping cost due to this process.

Product returns are not accepted without receipt.

3.    The Refund Procedure within the Claim of Refund

The refunds for the purchase orders you want to return, will be paid to your credit card account within 7 working days after our firm has received the product in accordance with the terms of product return and the Provision Code will be mailed to you. With the Provision Code, the reflect of the payment to your extrait will be made within the agreement between you and your bank. You can contact your bank with your provision code for fees that do not reflect to your extract.

 

4.    The Refund Procedure within the Claim of Cancellation

After you received your order you can use your right to return and change the product

In the case of cancellation requests made in the light of the above conditions, the ref will be made within 7 business days to your credit card and the provision code will be notified to you by mail. In addition to the Provision Code, the extension of the fee is reflected to your extract according to your agreement with the bank. You can contact your bank with your provision code for fees that do not reflect your extract.

In Claims of Cancellation referring the conditions above, the refunds will be paid to your credit card account within 7 business days and the Provision Code will be mailed to you. Our firm can not accept return for the products without their receipts. You are kindly requested to send your product returns with their receipts.
